Month 1 kicks off with a delightful team lunch. We believe that sharing a delicious meal together encourages bonding and creates a relaxed atmosphere where team members can connect on a personal level. Whether it's a catered lunch or a potluck where everyone brings their favorite dish, this event sets the stage for a month of exciting activities.


In Month 2, we shine the spotlight on our exceptional employees. Each week, we highlight one team member, sharing their achievements, skills, and contributions with the entire team. This recognition not only boosts morale but also motivates others to excel and strive for greatness.
